Welcome

I am a plant ecologist interested in the ecological and evolutionary processes that shape community assembly, species coexistence, and ecosystem functioning.

My research combines trait-based and phylogenetic approaches, field experiments, and advanced modeling to explore biodiversity patterns in extreme environments such as gypsum outcrops, high mountains, and drylands.

I have also worked on applying this knowledge to ecological restoration, sustainable agriculture, and forest management under global change.
